淑玲（谢婷婷 饰）是一名中学代课老师，负责充满了叛逆学生的中四E班。自从接手这个班后，淑玲的身边渐渐开始发生一些怪事，这令淑玲感到十分的不安。她向教务处主任求助，主任却告诉了淑玲一个令她震惊的消息——在这个学校里，根本就没有中四E班。之后，淑玲接到了母亲的电话，并得知她此刻正和班上的几个学生在一起。当淑玲赶到现场时，她眼前的学生们全都变成了索命厉鬼。 宝儿（周秀娜 饰）、小强（洪天明 饰）、雪儿（庄思敏 饰）、阿梦（方皓玟 饰）和虾头（杨诗敏 饰）参加了一个旅行团，而宝儿却在途中遭遇了车祸不幸丧生。曾经和宝儿有过激烈争吵的男友家明（罗仲谦 饰）参加了宝儿的葬礼并被其余的四人邀请共进晚餐，而在饭桌上，家明所表现出的一切都显得那样的诡异和恐怖。
